Steph's Week 6 Reflections

Through completing this digital story telling assignment I came up with several ideas that could be applicable to any classroom.  I was thinking it would be neat for a third grade class to read the book "BFG" and then instead of writing a paper or doing a book report, they could do a book trailer or create a brief film about the book which would help a teacher to assess if students really understood the main idea of the book.  Also, I think it would be fun to have students help make videos in class concerning weekly announcements and upcoming events.  There is so much you can do with digital movies!
